什么是诚意金？ / What Is an Intent Deposit?

和田玉属于天然玉石，每一件的颜色、质地、细度、油润度、完整度和价格都不同。尤其是手镯、原石、无事牌、平安扣、印章和定制作品，通常需要根据您的预算、尺寸、颜色喜好和用途去市场或库存中筛选合适的材料。

为了区分真实购买需求，并避免无效询价占用大量选料和沟通时间，我们会收取一笔小额诚意金。金额不固定，您可以根据自己的意愿选择。

Hotan jade is a natural material, and every piece is different in color, texture, fineness, oiliness, completeness, and price. For bangles, raw stones, jade plaques, peace buckles, seals, and custom pieces, we usually need to select suitable materials based on your budget, size, color preference, and purpose.

To confirm genuine purchase intention and avoid unnecessary sourcing work, we accept a small intent deposit. The amount is flexible, and you may choose any amount you feel comfortable with.

2. 支付一笔小额诚意金，金额可自行选择。
3. 我们根据您的需求寻找合适的和田玉材料或成品。
4. 找到合适产品后，会通过 WhatsApp 发送实物图片、视频、价格和细节给您确认。
5. 如果您决定购买，诚意金可直接抵扣最终订单金额。
6. 如果没有找到合适产品，可根据实际沟通情况安排退还。

8. Pay a small intent deposit in any amount you choose.
9. We will source suitable Hotan jade materials or finished pieces based on your needs.
10. Once suitable options are found, we will send real photos, videos, prices, and details via WhatsApp for confirmation.
11. If you decide to purchase, the deposit will be deducted from the final order amount.
12. If no suitable piece is found, the deposit can be refunded based on our communication.
